Passing Through Light and Shadow
Street photography often reveals itself in layers. In this moment, it was the texture of the wall, the movement of light, and the quiet rhythm of people passing through the frame that caught my attention.
The black-and-white treatment stripped away distraction and allowed form, shadow, and expression to speak more clearly. What remains is a scene that feels both timeless and immediate—a brief intersection of architecture, emotion, and human presence.
Images like this continue to shape my ongoing project, Lighting Shadows of the Human Heart, where I explore the emotional connections between people, place, and light.
